How to Build A Strong Support System When Aging Alone

The aging sector has room to learn and understand about solo adults; their concerns, their obstacles, and how to market to elder orphans!

Carol Marak is a solo advisor and advocate, author, and the go-to authority on topics of aging alone.

After spending thousands of hours helping her parents, researching needed resources, and writing hundreds of articles on aging-related topics for the senior care sector, Carol learned what's needed to grow older confidently.  It was caregiving that awakened her to the significance of planning ahead, especially since she was on my own and had no adult children or spouse to rely on.

Ten years later, Carol has set up a socially connected and fulfilling lifestyle that encourages expansion and growth. Today, she teaches solo adults to do the same for themselves by applying the same achievable steps that she put into play for the future. It's imperative for adults to build a strong future self, one that plans for good health, affordable housing, companions, personal care and support.

Solo agers can have a safe, independent, and confident older life even without family.
