Sue Haviland is a Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional with nearly 20 years' experience in the reverse mortgage industry.  She has been an originator, trainer, speaker, and host of the radio show “Senior Spotlight with Sue Haviland” covering senior topics.  Sue is president and CEO of Step Smart, a nonprofit educating the public on fall prevention, its risk factors, and actions to make a safer home. She is a Rotary member and serves on NAIPC’s National Board of Directors.
