Courtney Nalty is the founder of Generational Support, LLC, a caregiver consultancy, and resource guide founded in 2020.  Following eleven years with the Continuing Care Retirement Community, in 2017 she began work with a consulting firm that specializes in designing, developing, marketing, and concept ideation for the Active Adult real estate market.  Courtney is the author of The Caregiver Toolbox and The Hospital Discharge Handbook.
